This haunted house has been running for 11 years and, unlike other haunted houses, this is a people-driven haunted house. What this means is that we rely on actors and our creativity to scare people the old fashioned way, without the use of much in the way of advanced technology. It started out as a tent on a front lawn and has expanded into the entire front and back yards of this home haunted house. We care about the quality of our Haunt and want you to have the best experience possible.
Since 1999 The Halls of Madness has been giving back to the community. We pride ourselves on running a scary haunted house but we also like to give back. There are a couple ways we give back to the community. One way is giving our high school students who volunteer their time community service hours that go toward their graduation requirements.
Another way we give back to the community is to collect non-perishable food items for S.A.V.E. (shelter against violent environments). Without the help of our community we could not run this haunt. So in return we want to help you out as well.

This is an extremely scary haunted house and is not for the faint of heart.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged property, health issues and bodily injuries.
Staff consists of the family that owns the haunt, several dedicated members, along with other volunteers. All volunteers participate in the construction and acting during the haunt.
(staff bio)
The family has been running this haunted house for 11 years and eventually started recruiting other people to help build and run this home haunted house.
A few people either volunteered with the haunted house or went through it and enjoyed it so much that they decided to come back and help out. They have been helping out every year for the last five years and plan to continue helping.
We also have other people volunteer to help us build and run the haunted house every year. We always welcome new people to come and help out with the haunt as long as they are dedicated and have a love for scaring people!
(Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments)
All of the canned food that we collect through admissions are donated to S.A.V.E.
